Half pig meat box does not include the head by default, but if you would like it please ask and we may be able to include. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe aim for pigs are with a carcass weight of over 70kg, and thus roughly 55-60kg in a whole pig meat box, or 27-30kg in a half pig meat box.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll the above weights are a rough guide.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe take pigs in once a week on a Tuesday. Orders will be ready the first Friday one week after the order is placed. Orders can be picked up the Friday evening or Saturday, or can be delivered on Saturday mornings.
