Half Pig Meat Box

Our Half Pig Meat box includes:

2 x Shoulder joints (approx 2kg each)
3 x Pork Chop packs (approx 1kg per pack)
1 x Pork Loin Joint (approx 1kg)
1 x Pork Tender Loin (approx 1kg)
2 x Ham/leg bone in joints (approx 2kg each)
3 x Belly joints (approx 1kg each)
1 x Pig Cheeks
Remainder - mince (usually 3 x 500g packs)

Offal:
Half a Pig Liver (one portion), 2x Pig Trotters, half a Pig Heart, , 1 x Pig Kidney.

Offal is optional - please select whether you want or not. Half pig meat box does not include the head by default, but if you would like it please ask and we may be able to include. 

We aim for pigs are with a carcass weight of over 70kg, and thus roughly 55-60kg in a whole pig meat box, or 27-30kg in a half pig meat box.

All the above weights are a rough guide.

We take pigs in once a week on a Tuesday. Orders will be ready the first Friday one week after the order is placed. Orders can be picked up the Friday evening or Saturday, or can be delivered on Saturday mornings. You can select which delivery week you would like at checkout.
