Whole Lamb/Mutton Burgers

One of our fabulous grass fed Derbyshire lambs or older (3-4 y/o) ewes. Either from Five Wells Farm in the Peak District or Meads Farm near Chesterfield.

All our lamb or mutton burgers are made from the whole animal. This means all the best bits of the meat are minced up and made into the burgers. Personally we believe that the mutton burgers are more delicious as the flavour has developed further.

Available in lamb or mutton varieties.

Comes as a pack of 8 large burgers (1kg approx).

Note: A Lamb in the UK has "0 permenant incisor teeth", and a Hogget has at least 1 permenant incisor teeth, and is under 2 years old. Our Lamb/Hogget, and Mutton meat products are from animals that are slow grown on British pasture, rather than quickly fattened on significant quantities of corn and concentrate. Lambs are usually between 9 and 15months old and mutton is 3-4 y/o.
