Sheepskins

Rustic, hand made sheepskins from one of our Derbyshire lambs and sheep. .

We have traditional white ones as well as black/dark brown and heritage breeds such as Shetland.

These are hand fleshed, cleaned, tanned (with non-toxic tanning solution), and depending on the end look required, hand combed. Often we prefer uncombed to keep the lovely natural staple.

All photos are examples of ones we have made and are not available unless specifically stated that they are available for sale. Prices start from £80 for a traditional white lambskin with medium length wool. Long wool or larger skins are available for £100-120, and Shetland, Jacobs or other heritage breed lambskins, or combed longwoll are £120. 

Please put in the order special instructions what colour/wool length/variety you would like. 

£10 discount for anyone also purchasing a Whole Lamb Meat box.

If what you are looking for is not marked as available, please get in contact as we can discuss the availability of different varieties. Depending on the season, it takes around 4-6 weeks or longer to finish a sheepskin.
