Whole Lamb Meat Box

One of our fabulous grass fed Derbyshire lambs. Either from Five Wells Farm in the Peak District or Meads Farm near Chesterfield.

Our Whole Lamb or Hogget Meat box includes:
4 x half shoulder joints
4 x half leg joints
Cutlets
Chops
Breast plate
Neck chops

Offal:
Liver, Lambs Feet, Heart, Kidneys.

Offal is optional - please select whether you want or not.

We aim for animals with a carcass weight of 18-20kg, and thus roughly corresponds to 16-18kg in a whole lamb meat box, or 8-9kg in a half lamb meat box.

All the above weights are a rough guide.

We take lambs in once a week on a Tuesday. Orders will be ready the first Friday one week after the order is placed. Orders can be picked up the Friday evening or Saturday, or can be delivered on Saturday mornings. You can select which delivery week you would like at checkout. 

Note: A Lamb in the UK has "0 permenant incisor teeth", and a Hogget has at least 1 permenant incisor teeth, and is under 2 years old. Our Lamb/Hogget meat boxes are from animals that are slow grown on British pasture, rather than quickly fattened on significant quantities of corn and concentrate. They are usually between 9 and 15months old.
