All our pork sausages are made from the whole pig. This means all the best bits of the meat (hams, belly, shoulder - the whole lot) is minced up and made into the sausages. Not the standard eyes, ears and a**eholes that you get from the supermarket!

Available in original pork, pork and apple, lincolnshire (sage and mace) and cumberland (black and white pepper) varieties.
Also available wood smoked (oak and apple).
